We're getting some really good feedback on the remote coaching system, especially from coaches who work with global teams. The live demos have been really interesting as I think some of the coaches thought it would be 'pretend,' when actually it is a real team to coach who will respond, ask difficult questions and genuinely want to learn. Some coaches have dived straight in and taken over whilst others have been slightly more passive; either way the best way to experience the system is to use it, rather than read about it (we all learn best by doing).
